2012: The Earth is unified under the rule of Genghis II Mao IV, chairman of the Permanent Revolutionary Committee. The Mongol has restored order after years of turmoil and wars that followed the terrible eruption of Cotopaxi volcano in 1991 and culminated in the terrible warfare that caused the lethal mutation of human DNA known as organic degeneration, responsible for the deaths of billions of human beings.
The protagonist of the novel is Shadrach Mordecai, the medical staff of the new Khan. He has lived for years in the atmosphere of Ulan Bator where the golden privileged few have access all'antidoto of the ruling class against the deadly disease that is rampant in the world. novel, accusing some pause in the central part of the work too, perhaps unnecessarily enriched by scenes of contour overly harsh.
